• Investigated business need across all business units and completed overall AI implementation planning scheme. For high-priority projects, cooperated with clients and ecosystem partners to finish scenario design, proof of concept, application development and follow-up operation planning.
• Completed knowledge governance, solution design and optimization for selected scenarios such as customer service Q&A, contract review, drawing inspection and safety inspection. Proactively promoted the implementation and adoption of various Volcano Engine's AI products to support the continuous iterative operation of the project.
• Delivered LLM skill training and provided instruction and review in AI hackathon, which enhances enterprises' motivation for AI transformation.

• Based on Volcano Engine's advantages in cloud computing and large language model services, designed an AI-native hospital solution for the new campus to support the full-process optimization in clinical practice, scientific research and patient's health management.
• Sorted out hospital diagnosis and treatment processes, reviewed the integration of AI in key scenarios such as medical records interpretation, medical orders writing and doctor assistants, and cooperated with the product development and iteration of the self-developed healthcare information system.

• Addressed the issues of delayed payments from downstream clients, developed a machine learning-based overdue payment risk prediction system, improving the work efficiency of the accounts receivable collection process for the finance department.
